Me bajó unos 8/9 grados tanto en idle como en full con esta pasta térmica. Muy recomendable. Le puse unos granos de arroz en el núcleo y luego con un trozo de film lo lié en el dedo índice y la extendí formando una fina capa por toda la cpu.

Easy to apply
