> 3 dayI am not one to run bench marks so i am not going to rattle off temperatures that probably dont have anything to do with what particular hard ware you would be using this thermal paste on. I am just going to say that this is one of the best thermal pastes out there in terms of performance. Once you get to a certain level of quality, there really is a negligible difference between them in terms of temperatures.

Greater than one weekComputer crept crashing if it would turn on . Temp in bios 69 Celsius in windows 78 then crash. Added this product, went to 22 in bios when turn on, and 42 in windows 46 Celsius under load no longer crashes. Woukd I recommend ? Yes if problem due to cpu heat and overheating. Glad I dud nearly bought new cpu saved a lot of money

Easy to apply
