Greater than one weekI have purchased quite a few different earmuffs for my son with ASD. He has sound sensitivities and these really help with muffling the noise to a more comfortable level for him. Not only do they help with the sounds, but these are the only earmuffs that he likes to wear. He will tolerate others but for a very limited time. These he will wear all day if needed and they dont bother him or hurt his ears. We will not get another type again! These are the best!

> 3 dayUsed these for the first time today for a fireman’s parade for my 3yr old daughter. They worked great! She was smiling the whole time. I ordered these after talking with my doctor about her always plugging her ears when people laugh or a loud noise happens. He told me it is most likely a sensory overload and she will eventually grow out of it. He told me his nephew had a headset to dim out the noise so when I found these I figured I’d give them a try. They really do work she didn’t even try to bring her fist to her ears as the fire trucks sirens were blaring right at us!!! However I wished I had a pair on after all that!

> 3 dayMy is 13 years old. She is on the spectrum. She chose this design and type of ear muffs. She really wanted the electronic ones that are on her father’s helmet but we weren’t going to spend that much lol. She loves them, wears them all day and even takes naps wearing them. I bought her a Peltor case so she can store them like her father.

> 3 dayI bought 2 sets, these & the Vanderfields. Taking a 3yr old to see his fav heavy metal band in concert. We werent sure he would even try them on. But no ear protection was out of the question. He is out of the terrible 2s, but headlong deep into the Im the boss of you 3s. I tried each pair on myself to see how comfortable & decided to show him these 1st. The Vanderfields have ridges at the top of the headband & surprisingly made them less comfortable. These were a HUGE hit! Once he heard the bands warming up, we immediately put them on him & that child wore them for 5.5 hrs! He also wears glasses & it didnt bother him at all! It made him a very happy 3yr old. I HIGHLY recommend them for loud concerts! He also loved the dinosaur print! Oh, and for those wondering if your child will be able to hear you at all...they can if your talking right up against the headphones.

> 3 dayPerfect for my kid! Perfect for me! He use it when it gets too loud for him. Doesnt completely block out all noise but enough that loud noises are toned down. I like how compact it is - perfect when youre in a rush and just toss it in your purse or the kids bag. No annoying ear pads getting stuck anywhere because its folded nicely in.

> 3 dayThese are the only pair of ear muffs our autistic son will wear. They are durable, well made and the materials used are soft compared to other ear muffs. I highly recommend these! Additionally, our son found himself needing ear muff in the water. He wore these this summer in the pool and we could easily disassemble the ear parts so they could dry out and be ready for the next day’s use.
