> 24 hourI am going to start making my own rugs and I got this backing fabric when it became available to try it out. From what Ive used it seems to do very well with keeping the rug in place on tile and wood It cuts well with very sharp fabric scissors the glue I used did not seep through the material Overall I am going to say this is great quality material and would recommend

> 24 hourWe have tile floors and all the rugs that we place at the door entrances tend to slide after they become worn. So, we ordered this Non-Slip Tufting Cloth Thick Backing Fabric, 2mm Thick to use under each rug. We cut this fabric slightly smaller than the rug, then glued it to the bottom of the rug. We applied the fabric to the rug show in the pictures above and it seems to be still working well. No more sliding on a slippery rug. This backing fabric works well and is easy to cut and apply to the back of the rug. I recommend this fabric to anyone needing a similar solution.

> 24 hourThe rugs don’t stay on top of this super well. I do have kids, cats and foster kittens so I’m sure that doesn’t help.

> 24 hourThis is the perfect solution to a rug that doesnt stay in place. I have not yet affixed it to under the rug, but since it doesnt move around once under the rug, all is well. It will definitely prevent a slipping injury! I cut the backing to size (a little smaller than the rug), which was easy to do, and place the rug on top. Voila! Solved! It is very lightweight but grips hardwood floors nicely.

> 24 hourI like to have a nice cloth rug or cover for the tent floor, but regular cloth slips and rugs are hard to clean. The sticky back on this fabric works great. The grey can be stamped with your favorite fabric paint and stamp, to make it fun, as long as you like the grey background. Im going to stamp mine when the weather gets a little better. This would also make a good bottom layer for chair cushions.

> 24 hourThis is a high quality product that looks as if it will stand up to wear and time. Its easy to cut to fit. Spray adhesive is probably the easiest way to affix it to your rug. Its not like a rug pad that remains separate; its too thin for that. It provides a tiny bit of cushion but is primarily for gripping purposes.
