well-packed. Sound quality not the best 4 out of 5. Quality looks good.

Picture quality is great, but often its electrical plug doesnt make contact with the outlets power. Then I have to give the prongs a bit of a bend to make the contact. Every time I have to do that, the computer wants to rearrange the screens that my programs show up in.
