It’s hard to say how much it helps until I was out for a month. I was more sluggish, had more pain and more blah in general. There is very little taste to the pills and no burps. I trust this company. I have bought from them for years and have yet to get a bad product.

My doctor recommended buying Nordic Naturals Omega, I have been hesitant because of the price. Happy with the product so far. No fishy smell or aftertaste. So far, so good. I Wii buy again .

Good quality and worth the money

Highly recommended from my midwives, Nordic Naturals are great! I opted for the larger container since I am 6 months pregnant and will need to continue consuming through the remainder of my pregnancy. Most importantly, I have never burped up a fish flavor taking this brand - cant really taste the lemon flavor but thats not the reason I bought it. Highly recommend!

These capsules were HUGE - bought them for my elderly mother who couldn’t swallow them. Had to give them to my BIL. Would definitely not buy them again.

I have been taking fish oil for a couple years. But this time I accidentally got the kind with CoQ10. I just cant bring myself to swallow a big black gel pill...

Although this product isnt inexpensive, I chose it due to research showing the purity of Norwegian waters. I like that it limits itself to omega 3s, which is the only omega I want. Although not all research results agree on the efficacy of CoQ10 for people on statin drugs, I believe it may offer enough benefits to invest in it. In particular, this fish oil is completely tasteless. No burping aftereffect associated with so many other fish oil products.
