Began using this product after optician recommended for dry eyes (among other care regimens). After approximately 1 month of use, I began to notice several positive health benefits such as my fingernails strengthening and their color brightening. Id like to say my eyes are improved because of Ultimate Omega, but I cannot do so since Ive taken several steps to help my eye health. My eyes are improving and Im sure UO is a contributing factor. Overall, Im pleased with these pills. No odor, no negative side effects, no upset belly. Recommend.

Bought these for my dog, he loves them and his coat is glossier, stool is easier to pass (sorry if that offends you!). i wanted him to have a good source of Omega EFAs, especially Omega 3. Myself, i cant tolerate them, they keep repeating on me. But I do think it is a good clean product if you can handle it.

Ive tried many different types of Omega 3 brands and Nordic Naturals is the only one that doesnt give me indigestion. This particular type of Xtra Omega 3 from them is also the best one in their line because of the level of potency and overall value. I recommend to everyone.
