> 3 dayBought the VPN on line from the company and had it installed on 2 Android and 2 Windows devices. After several months of perfect functioning, I suddenly had an Internet connectivity issue. This was immediately followed by a nightmare of a problem with 2 printers. Between the two. I was bounced back and forth between HP, Microsoft, Spectrum and Canon. Some 15-20 phone calls and over 25 hours later, a Canon tech discovered that the culprit was Nord. Uninstalled it and issues were gone. Buyer beware.

> 3 dayI brought this software for a trip to China. Downloaded before I left and couldnt tell if it would work. When I arrived, the connection didnt work. After searching online on solutions, I got the PC version working, not the phones. Contacted customer service of NordVPN via chat, I was sent a test version of update and the connection worked. The customer service is quite good.

> 3 dayAlthough the product does provide anonymity while browsing online, it does not come without difficulty. There are numerous websites which block you completely when the VPN is enabled forcing you ton it off before you can proceed to the website you want to go to. I am unable to view the contact information on craigslist items while the VPN is enabled and I am unable to print to my network printer or access files on my other network computers when it is enabled. Bottom line is, if I enable it on 6 devices, none of them can talk to each other over the network and my ISP can still see and sell my browsing history during the times I am forced to disable the VPN to reach the sites Which I cannot view otherwise. Another problem that continues to occur, is that at times the VPN seems to loose all access to internet resources and has to be disabled and then enabled again to resolve the problem. In my opinion, this package should sell for about 50% of what I had to pay for it since it only works about 50% of the time.

> 3 dayI used Nortons VPN for a year and was not very pleased with it so I shopped around again when it came up for renewal. NordVPN seemed to have good reviews so I decided to try it. Immediately I started having problems accessing websites so I had to switch it off. But then I spent most of a day trying to print to my two home network printers which were continually in an error state or being offline. I suspected NordVPN but it was switched off so I thought it couldnt be the problem. After reinstalling printer drivers and umpteen other things to no avail, I decided to uninstall NordVPN. Bingo! All of my problems went away. If I cant even use my computer *even with the VPN switched off*, what good is this product?

> 3 dayI tried the NordVPN service and found it to be extremely slow most of the time. I was mostly perturbed about the service when I couldn’t access sites I had before even when using the USA based server. I will say the layout of the application is nice and simple so it doesn’t appear too overwhelming. But try and adjusting settings and that is another story. After trying different settings and servers I decided to cancel my service within the 30 day money back guarantee. Nord told me no refund would be issued because I was not within the 30 day period. What??!! Do your research before purchasing. The Better Business bureau lists Nord as having a C- rating. My takeaway from this is NordVPN = SCAM.
