Even though I hAd Norton Already I still took advantage of this special offer. Tech support showed me what to do because I already an account ! This was fast and easy. For a new user just create an account and enter the key number then the rest is super easy

Doesn’t work with fire tablet

Could not get the program to download. When I called the technical support. The guy wanted to sell me a $400 program to scrub my NEW laptop. Norton use to be the beat until Lifelock bought them. Waste of money and time

Have used Norton protection since I bought my first computer years ago. Now I have a new one and will continue with Norton 360.

I am writing this review to let other people know. Mac os Big Sur 11.5.1 that this software is NOT compatible with Big Sur 11.5.1 I tried to install this software for 3 days never could get it to install. I even e-mail Norton tech support. who tried to help me by taking control of my system by remote. That did not work out well after they got control of my system. I watched them start to download my credit card numbers and all of my info. But I stop them by severing the internet connection. I dont think I will ever trust this company again. So I sent it back for a refund.

Norton 360 would Not Install. On installation attempt Norton advised This Product Code is Invalid. Read the fine print on returns on this item . After 30 days NO RETURN, for any reason. I bought Norton 360 , but decided to wait until my current Norton expired . I missed by one day. Remember to expect This Product Code is Invalid.

Tried to install this product and the support from a 3ed party got involved. Now not sure about my protection.

The Norton 360 Standard has been often helpful and reliable for my past laptop computer products.

I have Windows 10 & my older HP computer isnt eligible for a free Windows 11 upgrade. I wanted better security so I bought Norton 360 basic. It slowed my pc slightly, but thats to be expected. Its pretty easy to use. A small window pops up in the lower right corner with a status report & suggestions. The only thing I dont like is that most of the suggestions are for me to purchase more features. I feel I should be getting these features with the product I already purchased. Especially when it says things that Windows system tools can fix. But I just run those tools myself.
