Got these a few months ago, installed about 1 month. Moving a few around because I wasn’t happy with placement. I see they have already started to rust. Should not be?! Not sure how long these will last. Colors are fading already as well, red beginning to look pinkish. Toddler grandsons are having fun on them though. Probably will be replacing sooner than should.

Super easy to install, though the directions were sort of silly imo. There is a drill bit and Allen wrench included, even though I had both already, that was nice to know I had extras. Exactly what I needed for my kids new jungle gym.

Installing on a pvc decking, which the nuts don’t work for. So I had to buy regular nuts, which are an expensive metric size.

The red does fade in the sun quickly but other than that amazing

Works great, I followed another commenters recommendation, since I was installing on decking boards, I drilled the wholes, then screw the board into the board with the back piece, once the back piece was gripped into the wood, I removed the bolt and attached the rock with the bolt. The bolts stick about 1/8 or less, out the back of the decking board. Study enough for large adults to us.

The set is complete with holds, bolts, anchors, even a drill bit. We made a 16-foot high climbing wall for my 5-year old granddaughter. She loves it!

The bolts are too short. This needs to be installed in some kind of flimsy 1x4 decking. I want a sturdy set that will last. Returning this and getting one fo the many similar sets available in Amazon that comes with bolts of a proper length.

I bought this set last week and tried to install them today. I believe they are a quality product, except for the bolt length. The climbing in the photos appear to be very similar to mine in the board thickness. I used 5/4 deck boards. The bolts do no go all the way through the hand hold and deck board. There is not nearly enough thread to start the “lag nut”. I believe once it got started there would be enough, I need like a 1/2” more of thread to get going. Do you make any bolts that have about 2” of thread?
