Color when lit sort of weird, not clearly purple. . Had them next to orange bulbs and when lit you couldnt really tell what color they were. one bulbs was broken on arrival. I imagine it is hard to avoid some breakage. Sent them back since the color looked weird next to orange lights.

Ah the nostalgia

I tried swapping these out with my light string I purchased from a local retailer and some of them just didnt work. I wish I would have returned them, but I forgot until it was too late.

We changed out Christmas lights around the deck to college color lights to use all year. They seem to be lasting well and the green is excellent and yellow is ok.
