there are so many useful pockets on this, and the fact that you can fold it flat for airport security makes it even better. i’m not someone who likes to lug around suit cases, and as a student this holds everything i need and more. it’s super durable, the padding on the back and straps is nice, and the zippers aren’t flimsy at all. it’s honestly more high quality than i thought it would be which is a plus too. if you’re looking for a great high school/college, traveling, and general use backpack, then this is the one. the colors are great too! i love the green.

Shoulder straps are not curved and do not conform well for comfort . They are square and rub neckline More small pouches should be made . Had to put ziploc bags to accommodate components

I bought this for my son to carry his school laptop in as well as all of his books, papers, calculator, etc. I like the way the front cargo area opens up wide and theres a separate opening for inserting your laptop. Lots of extra features, like a water bottle strap to keep that secure.

My only concern with this backpack is the zippers on both sides open all the way down. That’s very inconvenient for a school backpack because all the folders and papers fall out. They should redesign the zippers then it would be an awesome backpack.

I had to put a thing custom foam insert into the laptop area to get it to stand up better when set on the floor. Not needed if a laptop will always be in it. The only other thing that isnt the best is the push in the second storage flap. Id you put anything into it, it just stays wide open and kinda makes it a pain to get to something not in the pouch below. I sewed some velcro strips to make ot hold close. Other than those 2 things, I dont mind the pack at all, but would have definitely got something with a support piece in the main laptop compartment if I knew it would fold over so easily without the custom foam I put in to stiffen it up
