> 24 hourOriginally bought the backpack for ease of use going through TSA. TSA required me to pull out the laptop anyway. Besides that, the backpack was better than I expected: comfortable while carrying, straps all worked as expected, zippers did not hang up at all, USB charging port worked as expected, elastic water bottle side pockets are tight enough to hold regular sized water bottles, and I was able to carry a ton of paperwork, laptop and Nintendo switch items all while my back hurt from the weight lol. Highly recommend this backpack.

> 24 hourMy son walked across campus and got caught in rain and computer was in pool of water in the bag. I contacted Amazon and after them contacting the company they said they would do nothing for me. We had to buy a new computer because the computer had water in it. I am out $1000 for the computer. Cant say waterproof if it is now. He did not swim with it for gods sake. The water went into his bag and collected at the bottom where he computer was. I still believe that Amazon should stand behind the product they sold if the company will not.
