This is a very nice stand. The ability to separately adjust height and angle means that it is easy to get it into just the right position! It does take a bit of strength to adjust it-this is probably why it feels so sturdy and stable, but it means if your plan is to fold it up all the time, this may not be a good fit for your needs-but it does fold pretty flat if you need it for storage or travel. It looks sleek and elegant, and is helping my desk look nice and zen-like. Great stand!

I have an Alienware 17 r4 laptop. She is a fatty at 10lbs for sure. This stand will not hold it at a flat position at all, it will instantly drop. If I put it at an aggressive 30*+ angle, it will hold it, but eventually will fall after a couple of days. Seems like laptops over 9 lbs will need something that be locked into place. For now, I have the battery underneath the upper part of the stand to keep it from falling down.

Very good and convenient stand for any laptop. It is strong and reliable to all size of laptops.
