Definitely reduces neck and even eye strain. makes laptop use more convenient and comfortable. would recommend using wireless keyboard and mouse to prevent wrist pain. seems easy to travel with too.

Im setting up my home office now that its clear that the working from home thing may not end for a very long time, maybe never, in the company I work for. So I bought this to help. My main problems that I was trying to solve were that the laptop was too low for me when Im using the laptop keyboard (I had to kind of stoop over it to type, and when I was using it for video conference, it was shooting me at this comically low angle... what is this, film noir? Anyway, this solves both problems.
