> 24 hourGlad I purchased this laptop stand. I spend a lot of time at my laptop between design, e-mails and accounting. This stand keeps my neck from hurting after an hour. I don’t use a bluetooth keyboard/mouse so it was important to have my keyboard/pad on the laptop usable, but have the screen at a better angle. So far, I haven’t felt that my laptop was in danger of tipping over. Very stable.

> 24 hourMy wife uses this with an old laptop (2008s Sony Vaio), which has a considerable weight, and the stand does its job providing stable support with no problem at all (the pictures were taken with my own laptop since I dont have the Vaio right here now). We havent ever used a laptop stand, and were happy with this one, it does not use so much room in the desktop and it also creates some space just beneath the laptop. Its weight allows to carry it on a backpack (I think there may be lighter options, but this stands structure feels premium since its steel.

> 24 hourThis is perfect for working at home when set up on a 36 height countertop (I am 57). This may not work from a standard table height, unless one is shorter. As it is, I have the stand as high as it possibly can go without it tipping backwards when my computer is on it (per some of the complaints in these reviews). People also complain that the stand is tight and difficult to manuever, but I actually REALLY appreciate that because once the stand is in the position I want it to be in, it is very sturdy in the sense that the weight of my hands/wrists resting on it do not cause the stand to push down and require adjustment. I can put quite a bit of weight pushing on it, and it will not move. My stand is brand new and I have only used it for two days, so I will be curious how it holds up over time, esp if I have to continually collapse it to move it off our counter every night for dinner. One other plus is that I appreciate being able to type on it with very minimal shaking of the stand.

> 24 hourI love it. Others highly recommend it, so I bought it. Several angles and heights. Now that I am teaching from home, it offers both a good screen-as-camera view as well as a work angle. It adjusts lower for my desk and higher for my bar when I want to stand to work. I move it easily from room to room and up and down stairs.

> 24 hourAlthough we just recently got it, so far, this looks like very well built stand. The hinges are pretty tight and it took some effort to open... which means that it is going to support laptop nicely. We also like that you can adjust the height as well as the tilt separately.
