No assembly required. Holds my 16 laptop great! Im using with an external keyboard, but its great at positioning my laptop .

This stand is sturdy and looks great. Im using it to support a macbook pro. It dissipates heat well and has held its position for a week now and I expect it will continue to hold. There are no screws or anything to tighten or loosen, the joints are friction joints. Changing the angle of platform and the height of the platform is done by applying firm pressure. The friction joint is then strong enough to easily support the weight of the laptop. The stand is on the heavy side, so I wouldnt consider this ultra-portable. If youre looking for a sturdy stand to sit on your desk to elevate your laptop, this is a great choice.

Its a good acquisition!

I work from home and I needed a solution for not only a third screen but for a more efficient way and more reliable way to take Zoom/virtual meetings. (I wasnt having luck finding a web cam that worked nor figuring out how to make it work with the laptop closed). This has been the BEST purchase Ive made recently - the product is beautiful, sturdy and the colour (pink) is so pretty.
