> 24 hourUsed to fix 40 year old NuTone bathroom vent/heater. All was needed was a new fan/fan motor. Contractor wanted $900.00 to replace the bathroom vent/heater fixture with a new one. It would have required ceiling sheetrock cutting for fix on the new fixture and repair/painting.
