NuTone 69357000 Bathroom Fan Motor

This was the perfect replacement exhauster for an older NuTone bathroom exhaust, heater, light assembly.

Used to fix 40 year old NuTone bathroom vent/heater. All was needed was a new fan/fan motor. Contractor wanted $900.00 to replace the bathroom vent/heater fixture with a new one. It would have required ceiling sheetrock cutting for fix on the new fixture and repair/painting.

Exact replacement part. We will see if this motor will last for 45 years like the last one.
