I know friends who have used this with great success. I’m one of the rare few who had a terrible reaction. Now I have half or more of this product going to waste. I tried to push through by tapering up and down, but the headaches and extreme fatigue was too much. I’ve heard reactions are rare but after this I noticed the same reaction to bone broth which both realizations all around are a bummer because I really wanted this to help repair my gut. Which, in fairness it did help a little but the headaches were just too much.

Im been using glutamine for years after working out and never had a problem with it. This brand seems to be high quality but I was supposed to work up to 4x a day to heal severe leaky gut and could barely tolerate 2-3 x without stomach pain. The higher dose also totally killed my appetite. I also had no cravings in the evening. For me this was a bad thing because I struggle to keep any weight on. I continued with it for several weeks along with some other supplements and when I was retested, my gut had showed significant improvement and the gut was almost back to normal! I have not been tested a third time to see if it is totally healed, but I feel along better than I did when I started. I have used several supplements from this company and am happy with the quality.

I have been dealing with gastritis due to gluten sensitivity for years and the damage cause to my gut lining has wreaked havoc on my body. Over time I have developed leaky gut and a bacterial overgrowth due to lack of stomach acid. In order to correct these issues I first had to clear the infection using various supplements while also trying to increase acidity with an HCL supplement. My gut lining was very irritated and damaged so it was in dire need of soothing and healing. This was done by a combination of slippery elm and L-glutamine. I have tried various brands of L-glutamine over the past few years and this brand is definitely the most effective one I have used with the highest quality. It has no flavor whatsoever and easily dissolves in water without settling at the bottom of the cup like most other brands that contain fillers and binders. I can feel the soothing effect in my gut within a few moments of drinking it. Unfortunately this supplement will be a staple in my diet for probably the rest of my life due to the fact that it is very hard to be 100% gluten free at all times with my busy lifestyle. Even the smallest amounts of gluten irritate my stomach but this stuff is like a band-aid with neosporin on it and really heals and soothes quickly. Plus its a great price for a quality product.

I already had this NutraBio L-Glutamine Powder for bodybuilding, but wast using it often. I read that 30 grams per day of Glutamine is safe and effective for healing of intestines and for IBS. So I started using NutraBio L-Glutamine Powder at 30 grams per day and got much better quickly! I really feel that I would have had to go to the hospital for surgery if it had not been for this awesome product. Now, I got to start working out too!

Finding a product with no additives, no fillers, no bull, was a huge pain in the butt. Once you realize this is an option, you may wonder why you have been consuming products with fillers that do nothing, or possibly do harm over time. Additionally, finding a product that verifies and advertises its testing, and is processed in the United States (home-grown jobs), can be difficult. Some companies that advertise as USA actually buy product from overseas and simply package it here. More particularly, this product has no issue mixing, almost no taste when mixed with water, and no consistency issues throughout the containers use (several months). I am not a scientist, therefore will not comment on glutamines ability to help recovery/growth. I feel this product works well for me, though I use a slightly lesser amount than recommended doses. It blends well with fruit, veggies, milk, yogurt, water. I will buy from this company again, and again, as I want to know what Im consuming. Healthy in, healthy out. Good luck hunting! Ive only been taking it a few days, but it seemed to jumpstart my weight loss. Need more time to tell about that. But taking the product is an amazing experience. I watched someone else do this on Youtube so tried it myself. Basically, I just pour the entire cup in my mouth and take a big gulp out of a bottle of water, and it just literally disappears! No taste, no grittiness, no anything! So fine and dissolves instantly, too easy to take, I love it.
