I really can’t tell if I’m getting bigger since I look at myself everyday. But a few people have been telling me my muscles look more fuller. I do feel just a little stronger in the gym. I’ve been taking it everyday for the past 3 weeks with Apple juice. Taking with any carbohydrate juice will be better since your body absorbs it better with carbs. Also my memory has improved just a bit. I guess it works

Everything I am reading about creatine convinces me it is a good supplement for post-gym workouts. Im a swimmer and add creatine to my smoothies after I do my laps. This brand is priced right and the quantity is good. Im pleased I am using it.

I was a little skeptical after looking at the reviews, but everything was good, package was sealed and the powder won’t dissolve in cold water but it’s because it’s monohydrate.

Truly flavorless. It’s pure Creatine mono hydrate, I’ve tried many different brands and typically price shop however this is the first one to include loading and maintenance instructions. While it may not seem like a big deal it is surely very helpful to people just starting out on the supplement.
