Good value for the money. As long as the price doesn’t creep up I’ll keep buying it

As someone super sensitive to beta alanine and someone who doesn’t like using pre workouts with a lot of filler chemicals in it this was the best budget option. I take 8g about an hour before my workout and the pumps are so good! Make sure you’re hydrated ofc! There’s no taste and it dissolves well, I mix it with an electrolyte powder. Would recommend to anyone!

After taking 6g (2 scoops) and getting a solid 1.5 hour workout (training chest), my muscles literally felt like they were ripping out of my skin. The amount of vascularity in my arms was completely unrecognizable from previous workouts. I was hoping this would help improve my pumps and I was 100% correct, it did exactly what I hoped it would. Your blood vessels will have so much blood flowing and its honestly such an amazing feeling. Only downside is the taste is pretty bad but I did mix it with water alone so its most likely a fixable issue. If youre looking to improve your pumps and really feel your muscles working in the gym then I think this is a perfect product.

This is a good product as are all the other Nutricost powders that I use. I will see if it can lower my blood pressure. I am just starting to take it. The price could be better but the product is good. I am an elderly person and loves to take supplements in powder form because it is easy. Swallowing a bunch of capsules not to say tablets is not easy as you get older. There is a market for supplements in powder but people dont even know it exist. Nutricost could have curcumin, vitaminC, magnesium, calcium etc... Powder supplements should not be only for body builders.

This brand is as close to perfect as you can get. The price is right, the size is larger than its competitors and it does exactly what it claims. No hype or false claims. It just works.

My bodyfat% is to high to see any difference in vascularity but I can definitely feel it. I didnt/dont think this has any direct benefits to lifting but I somehow achieved more reps than expected, and wasnt as gassed towards the 2nd 1/2 of my workouts both times Ive taken this so idk what thats about. Maybe placebo. Either way it does what it says at a great price. I would consider my container odorless and tasteless although other reviewers have said there is a taste and a smell, I could add mine to a drink or water and not notice. Basically like creatine. Once it dissolves you cant really tell its in there.

I found out about this product when reading on ways to increase Nitric Oxide levels. I had been feeling sluggish for a while and thought that may be the cause, and used Arginine with mixed results. Then I found out straight arginine is not absorbed by the body that well… but this product has your body convert the supplement into arginine and full absorption. I used arginine long enough to feel the difference.. on third day noticed dramatically increased circulation , brain fog and lethargic feeling was improving .. and I increased the dose appx 2 weeks ago. I can literally feel the difference with mental clarity , improved circulation as evidenced by vascularity and much improved sexual function. Read up on this and nitric oxide deficiency and you will see why this works. By the way I am a skeptic, this is no placebo effect this is for real one of best supplements ever. I already ordered another container as a backup because I don’t want to ever have to switch brands.. mixes easy neutral taste.. add Super Beets also have first thing AM, and during day. This seemed too simple to be this good, but 5 stars plus for this!

Creatine and l-citrulline have to be the two most important bodybuilding supplements today, but l-citrulline is often misunderstood. L-citrulline is a precursor to nitric oxide which assists in achieving a pump while lifting -- which is your muscles swelling, stiffening, and becoming engorged with blood. Its an incredibly satisfying feeling and is one of the top reasons many people lift weights. It is possible to get a pump without l-citrulline of course, but its quicker and more potent with supplementation. The other form of this supplement is l-citrulline mallate, which is l-citrulline with malic acid added to it. Personally, I didnt notice any effect from the malic acid, maybe because the effects of creatine overpower it. The malic acid also tastes AWFUL, its extremely acidic and sour and upsets my stomach & throat as a pre-workout. L-citrulline by itself is tasteless, even a touch sweet, is very easy on the tongue, throat, and stomach. My personal recommendation: go with l-citrulline and take creatine if you arent already. You will get the exact same benefit as l-citrulline mallate but youll be saving a lot of money and wont be causing yourself any unnecessary suffering from how disgustingly sour and acidic it is.

Has no taste, as long as you mix it thoroughly. I tend to mix a scoop or two into my coffee in the morning.
