NyoGel 760G Dielectric Synthetic Grease 50g (1.76oz) Tube

I use this for greasing flashlight threads and O-rings and it works great. The threads are super smooth and the o-rings haven’t dried out in the slightest.

This is the prime lube for high end lights. After a lot of time and research on what the high end light manufactures use, this was where it all pointed to in the end. Yes, its expensive for the amount, Ill admit but its well worth the price and a container this size will lube a great many lights and it doesnt require a lot to lube a light either.

Maybe a bit expensive, but this dielectric grease has outperformed any/all dielectric grease I’ve used. Far better than permatex!

I had a E2D Ultra for several years. after a wile the threads felt rough when changing batteries. i took the flash light completely apart and cleaned all the threads. and now its like brand new. nice and smooth! i applied the lube to the orings and threads.

Always use this when connecting wires. There is almost always a mismatch of metals between wires, connectors and posts, and that means rapid oxidation, resistance and failure. Especially when aluminum meets aluminum or copper. This (1) lubes the connection so it doesn’t seize and insures continuity of ground and (2) is a dielectric waterproofer to protect from the elements. Add a drop of Loctite and you’ve made a professional connection. Using today as an antenna coax connector and on the power wiring of the spa heater I’m replacing.

After cleaning my flashlights, its perfect for lubing the threads and orings. Itll last forever!

This is the product used in electrical connectors the major automotive manufacturer I worked for. It does not migrate like some dielectric greases do.
