I’ve had the spin mop from O-Cedar for about 3 years and I have only used it with powdered Tide during that time. These packets (about the size of a dishwasher pod) clean very similarly, but with a mild citrus smell instead of the overwhelming Tide fragrance. In the bag the packets smell very strong, but in the water the smell dissipates quickly. The O-Cedar packets did not leave any residue on my tile, but the used mop water was quite dirty, so I know it was working. I’ll use these packets from now on instead of Tide as they are much more convenient. For reference, I used one packet and one bucket of water to mop about 1000 sq ft of my home.

These O-Cedar pacs are so easy! I threw one pouch into warm water and it dissolved quickly into a sudsy blend. They smell quite strong in the bag and I thought it was going to be overwhelming when mopping my floors, but the scent was light and barely noticeable once it’s dissolved. I like these because I feel like it’s safer around my pets than harsh chemicals. My floors were nice and clean afterwards and these hardly take up any room in my closet!

Great scent, not too strong or overpowering. Feel like it helps clean floors better than just plain water.

I ordered these on Tuesday 5/9 and got them delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday morning, my senior dog had an accident that went unnoticed and the robot vacuum was kind enough to spread everything everywhere in my second floor. I had to do a whole second floor cleaning and used these pods for the first time to mop up afterwards. The citrus smell isnt strong which is great if you get migraines from smells. I used about 4 of them, one for each room. The smell went away and my floors look great!! No streaks! This is a great purchase because one pod is the perfect amount.

Just tried these and wouldn’t buy again. Not impressed and def. not cheap.

Scent: Crisp Citrus Hardwood floors are easier to keep clean on a regular basis, but they do need a good washing from time to time. When doing so, you do need to use something that will not damage them or leave them all streaky looking. This is a good and safe product for doing so. Work well and gets the dirt out without dulling the floors. I like the citrus scent too which is one that I find to be a very clean scent. Wont gag you either while using. An overall good household product.

These pacs are very convenient, just drop one in the bucket, and you are ready to go. They clean well with a nice fresh citrus scent, are gentle on hardwood floors, and are made with natural ingredients, with thankfully, no harsh chemicals, these can also be used on vinyl tile and ceramic. They dissolve quickly, and these packets are compact and the bag can fit anywhere, add to that, no accidental spills. Overall, easy and convenient, clean well, nice scent, no harsh chemicals, and with that, I would recommend.

I have hardwood floors throughout my house and vinyl plank flooring in my basement as well. I also have another type of vinyl flooring in my garage. So cleaning floors can be a chore for and a lot of work to keep them clean. When I saw this product pop up in my feed, I decided to give it a try. The product itself it super easy to use. Just drop a pod in a mop bucket of water and let the magic happen. Once the fizzle and bubbles stop, I start my work. It picks up dirt rather easy and leaves a nice citrus smell once completed for that fresh clean sign.
