Its very big and looks like it will hold a ton of syringes, thats good. The lid is fairly flimsy, though, thats good and bad. When you get this giant red container youll notice that the lid is flimsy and that it isnt closed all the way. If you have any OCD at all thats going to bug you and youll immediately want to close it so that it makes a satisfying click. There are few things in life that cant be made better by a nice healthy click, I always think. Well, it turns out that that isnt always true. If you close this lovely, giant, red container so that it makes a click you will find that youve screwed up because the lovely click, maybe its more a snap than a click, anyway, that is only supposed to happen when youve filled the container and are ready to dispose of it. The click/snap signifies the end of your relationship with this red box and is meant to give you closure, literally and figuratively. The click/snap means the end. However, because the lid is flimsy, if you do put the premature sound effect into play you can remove the lid completely, undo your relationship death blow, and carry on as though nothing happened. Im still struggling to accept the unclosed lid but we all have our crosses to bear, I suppose.

Just what we needed for our dogs shots.

I had the smaller quart size sharps disposal containers and they only lasted a month or two. This gallon size is great, and will last 10 times longer than the smaller ones.

Not too much to say about this except that it does it’s job very well and is the perfect size. Nice and sturdy.

Safe for disposal of sharps. Sturdy with good protective top. Sharps containers and disposal of is getting harder and harder. Why? More drug stores should make themselves available and useful in this area.

If you have to regularly inject - this is for you. Its about the size of a normal bathroom trashcan and holds a TON of needles. The close top lid is not intended to be opened and closed so if you need that due to kids or otherwise, id look for something else or keep this where its not an issue but overall still a solid 5 star product in my mind
