Occidental Leather 8089 M OxyLights 7 Bag Framer Set

bought for my partner and he loves it! he uses it on hot days so that he doesnt get as hot as when he wears his Occidental tool vest.

Im a third generation California framer. My dad still has his all leather oxys he bought in 1988. Ive built 500,000+ SF of house till close in with my bags. When I was a kid I would carry everything in em. Now that Im older I keep it to basic tools and a ton of coils or racks of nails. They have been through hell and back 29 to 107 degrees, rain and sun, 8-16 hour days 5+ days a week. After 10 years Im finally hanging em up and switching to the all leather oxy pro framers. One thing I recommend is use the 3 padded nylon belt and get the suspension.

Ordered the bags and arrived beautiful, almost hesitant to wear them, real artwork...the problem is that I ordered based off their fit scale and got an XL...I need a L. I need to exchange the belt. I had to use the bags for work so I took the bags off the belt and used an old belt, keeping the XL belt like new so I can exchange it...I emailed Oxy and sent a message on their contact us page on their website over a week ago and still no reply...next step is to try to call during my break during normal business hours...but with time change and them only working till 3pm its hard to find time to call M-F because I work 12hr shifts M-F. Like I said, I love the bags, and proud they are made in USA...but come on...spend $300 on some canvas bags and I cant get a hold of anyone...if I knew this was going to be the case I would have just returned the entire set and reordered..customer service has been non existent and I guess I expected more from a premium brand here in the states. UPDATE: Evidently OCCIDENTAL isnt the seller here, its some other distributor, Occidental finally got back to me and said that they would exchange the XL belt to a Large belt for $25....I would have been better off returning the set that didnt fit and just ordering a Large belt set and avoided a $25 fee. This should be more clear when ordering on Amazon. Like I said, I like the bags but this entire experience has put a bad taste in my mouth....CAVEAT EMPTOR indeed....

Top Quality best Rig you will find period bought these 3 years ago and every day i grab it to put it on just motivates me more because every tool is were its suppose to be , makes it so easier to work , nothing better then oxys thats a fact you wont doubt it !

THESE RUN SMALL!!! FROM THIS COMPANY AT LEAST! my hubby is a size 42 jeans so he ordered the XL which said it would cover sizes 40 to 44 and it was to tight ! Then when we returned it (unused with the tags still with the purchase) they took 30 bucks out of the refund for a restocking fee. Will not buy from this company again.

Occidental bags are truly amazing. I have job sites that are 2500 miles apart and was taking the tools out and traveling with my bags. I finally just bought another set so I have them at both locations. My original set is almost 20 years old and still no tears or defects. Unbelievable quality.

Found this toolbelt in a 5 gallon bucket full of tools at a local pawn shop and paid $20. Im sure if he knew what these were the price would have been a lot more. This is without a doubt the best one Ive ever owned. The quality and comfort are unmatched to the point where I will only buy occidental leather

your better take a larger belt size, because they are tight fit
