Greater than one weekWithin a few hours of arrival the oscillating mechanism broke internally and the fan head will no longer lock into place. The customer support number on the manual is not valid. No support means it must be returned. I like it as a fan, but the mister is more of a sprayer and it absolutely soaks everything.

Greater than one weekSo far... Im missing 2 bolts that hold the blade into place. The number on the instructions to OEM TOOLS is useless. They will not help you with anything. Still waiting on contact with the seller.

> 3 dayI really like it. My only complain is that is sticks out so far. The base stand that attaches to the wall could probably be 3 inches shorter. That way it doest stick out so much.

Greater than one weekThe motor gets really hot after a few minutes. Makes me think it will stop working any second. The fan is very cool looking, moves air well, but I worry about that motor catching on fire. That happens with fans sometimes. I would not buy it again because of that and it’s SO LOUD! You can’t hear much when it’s close enough to really feel the air. Disappointed, to say the least.

> 3 dayThe 30” is a great fan/ mister out in the shop. Wouldn’t recommend it for indoors, a bit loud. As per previous reviews, the motor does run hot. Not sure why or how long it will last. I’m also unable to adj the oscillation range. It oscillates about 30 deg out of the box. I can disengage it but not adj? Only had it a month. Pleased with it so far. She’ll move some air! Longevity? Only time will tell.

> 3 dayBought this fan in May of last year. Its just now getting warm again, so we went to use it and wont turn on now. Not even a whole year worth of use. Not worth the money.

> 3 dayDoes the job I purchased it for. We haven’t had too many really hot days this year so have only turned on a couple of times. It does the job I purchased it for — to cool. BUT, terribly noisy when first turned on or off. Interior metal blade is hitting metal casing.

> 3 dayI would try another option if I could so this purchase over. But, make sure to purchase product protection if you do invest in this fan. My fan worked for only 2 days. On the third day, I turned it on and it didn’t start. This fan is important to the health of my co-workers, and it’s a shame the product s(tin)cks., especially after time spent assembling it and then installing the mounting hardware and fan. There couldn’t be a worse time for this fan to quit working…. almost straight out of thr box. It’s 106 degrees and I’m waiting around for my product protection claim to be processed.
