Had trouble getting it to run when first installed. Tech support could not seem to help. Friend said to uninstall Microsoft Office, which came with the computer, and then it worked.

I was looking forward to testing this software alongside my MS office for comparison but it will not install if office is installed. This is pretty poor software design; I am an IT engineer by trade and I have used other free open-source versions of office and had no problems running the two side by side. I am not going to go in to trying to fix the product to try and make it work, it simply isn’t worth my time to try and test it as flawed software, I shouldn’t have to debug to get it to work for testing. I cannot recommend it the software from what I can see the only difference between other free for life office software online and this product is the cloud storage and the support that is offered with this product, which at £72.99 is quite steep for support and for a small bit ‘cloud’ storage (which also relies on the company being around for “life” to continue working) I can’t comment on other features in the software that might unlock with this licence as it didn’t work. I won’t be recommending this to my commercial customers, but if you are a domestic user that has no other office installed then your mileage may vary.

This does work fine on my laptop and is a basic office clone, but in all honesty I’d rather just pay a little more if you have to and get Microsoft office. That way you wouldn’t get any compatibility issues and and other issues that may arrive in future. If this was a fraction of the price then maybe I could see a need for it, but at this price even with the online storage I’d rather pay extra for the genuine software.

I hadnt heard of MobiSystems before until I had the opportunity to review this OfficeSuite Home and Business 2023 Lifetime License. I found setting this up on my PC laptop pretty straightforward, but I am surprised that they market this as business office software. It would maybe be suitable for a student who needs to use basic home office software, but that is about it. If you have been a lifelong Microsoft Office user, this OfficeSuite will remind you of Microsoft 95 or Microsoft ME era software. I just found all the apps had basic or functionality. Documents, Slides and Mail are okay I think for a student in further education for projects and assignments, etc. But Sheets doesnt even have pivot table functionality etc. As for PDF, there are a lot of free PDF apps out there that are better than this. I struggle to understand who the intended market is for this product. Home users may be, but business users, probably not.

This is a decent, affordable MS Office alternative. As is typical of such similar software, it lacks some features from the proper version, yet has a few extra features of its own, so it comes down to personal preference. Its hard to imagine anyone buying this, however, when Open Office is available for free and does so much already. Theres also the option to use office.com, which also offers free, simpler versions of Microsofts own office programs. While you can get a free version of this package from the website, functionality is very limited, so you need to pay to access everything. Your best bet is to take a look at officesuite.com yourself to see whether this suits your needs or not. The package does not contain a disc as incorrectly stated in another review; it is simply an activation code for lifetime use. As indicated in the included material, creating an account will then allow this license to be transferred to another system when required.

This is a Very Good Office Suite, but its not Microsoft Office 365 and maybe not as comprehensive as the Full-Blown and much more expensive MS Office 365. It absolutely does have many of the same Office type features, compatibility, and look of Office, just not the expense. As a standard user its a great Office Suite - For a Corporation with hundreds or thousands of computers I cant say? I found the install fairly easy with the download taking place via an internet link, and then the use of a Software Activation Code. The only issue I had was getting the Outlook Clone to install, but once I selected manual install instead of the Auto Install Wizzard, the Outlook Clone easily installed for me with a limited number of inputs. I bought this program to put on a new laptop, and its worked great as Ive synched it with my MS Account, and have been very happy with it so far. I find it fully compatible with MS Office so far, and it has linked just fine with the MS Office on my PC Desktop. It has the finished appearance of an Office Product, and Im happy with it.

Decent open source alternative to Microsoft Office but the software is free so your paying for cloud storage. If you don’t need the cloud storage then not convinced this is worth it.

Ive worked in IT for decades. Ive got Microsoft/Citrix/AWS etc qualifications and I use MS Office 2021/365 daily. I though Id have a quick look at this and see what its all about. 1. Delivery - its supplied in something that looks like a CD slip case, inside there is a card with a license activation key. 2. Installation - absolutely fine. Ive spent a significant portion of the last 20 years configuring Microsoft products to deploy software remotely and this installed easily on a Windows 11 machine with Office 2021 installed. If you have problems with the installation it could be a compatibility issue with Office 365 or it could be an issue with malware protection, I had no problems. 3. Products a. Mail - pretty basic Outlook clone. Managed to get it to connect to my gmail account in a few seconds. Overall its okay b. Slides - Powerpoint clone. I deliver a lot of presentations (most of my day job is now AWS Training delivery) from a presentation point of view it looks almost identical to Powerpoint, a couple of minor niggles - you cannot change the screen that you presenting from WITHIN the presentation itself, you have to come out make the change and then go back in...makes it difficult to use if you need to change the screen regularly during a presentation. A few other niggles as well when creating a presentation but nothing major. c. Documents - A Word clone. Im currently writing a thesis in Word, which contains a bibliography...this doesnt contain that functionality at all. Fairly basic word processor. d. Sheets - I dont do much in spreadsheets these days (I used to do lots of engineering calculations a long time ago). Looks fairly basic - all the usual functions are there, I couldnt see any way of doing a pivot table but that doesnt mean the functionality isnt there. e. PDF - lets you open and annotate PDF files. There are some basic security controls in and it look very similar to many other open source PDF management solutions that Ive used over the years. One thing that was consistent across the products is that the help is online and pretty poor in my opinion. What you are paying for is a stable build, some support and a bit of cloud storage. If you are a home user I would say that it probably covers all your needs. There are other products out there that will also meet your needs as well, and some of them are free. I do feel that at this price point some more cloud storage would have perhaps swayed my opinion more. Im giving it 4 stars as I feel positive towards it as a suite of products and it has been quite stable on my machine so far.

This is a very good suite of office apps for PC that performs well for most applications. Its not in my opinion as good as full MS Office, but isnt that far off for most users. On the face of it, this deal is good value compared to MS Office, but, as this office suite is basically a free download from the developers website, the premium feature seems to be mainly consisting of 5GB of cloud storage. It is a lifetime license though, so in some respects offers good value. Only you can decide. Overall, the software generally works well, it could be a viable alternative option to the MS offering
