This is an update to my initial review. After I received my press, Amazon worked with me, and offered me a one week return window..YAY...but better yet, Jamie from OffNova contacted me. Several back and forth emails later, she offered me a new free replacement for my press. I accepted. It came today, and it works perfectly!! Heated up to temp in about a minute, and the timer worked as well. I assume I got a bad press the first time. Im totally ready now to rock out the Christmas presents!! bumping up my 2 star review to a 5..great customer service!! I have a habit of shopping early, and saving items for the day...backfired this time. I got this as a gift in november, and finally tried it. I cannot get the temp to go up past 210. Ive emailed the company for help, and also posted a question on amazon. if i get an answer that works,..ill post an update..for now? ive got a cute paperweight.

I am using this for T-shirts and it works perfectly. This unit came with a handy guide for how to use on various materials. I would highly recommend.

I have a mini heat press and have been debating for a long time whether I should splurge and get a bigger one and I am so glad I did! This was my cheapest option with good reviews and it works great!

OK, at first I thought maybe the machine was not heating up properly, because the H TV would not stay on the T-shirt. But if the instructions say to peel off cool, follow that! Finally had a project come out amazing!

Just got this for a Christmas gift and after using it I noticed this weird fog on the display. Pretty sure that shouldnt happen. I also noticed it didnt hear up the whole design and I had to get out my mini press to use on the outer parts.

Is a great alternative to a cricut heat press. Its doing a great job on my projects.

I like the product is just smaller than expected

ordered it Dec. 23, came early Dec 24 morning....so far no problems.

I love it only made a couple of things but it worked really good❤
