Didn’t work would connect to wifi it would load the whole way and just stop

Easy to set up and install. I had no issue with connecting it to my home wifi. It works great and it is small enough to fit almost anywhere. I like that I can control it with my phone. I only wish I could control it when I am away from home. I tried it once, but it didnt work. It seems I need to be on the same wifi as the surge protector if I want to control it with my phone. That makes me a little sad, but it is still a great product.

I got this because I was tired of swapping out plugs on things and decided it would also be nice to have some direct use USB ports. It has worked great so far and no issues. The USB charger ports have worked with my iPad and iPhone Max without any issues and charge pretty fast.

The power strip itself feels like very good construction. The app itself is completely useless since it won’t complete registration or even find the United States. The app reviews all say the same thing on the Apple App Store, so that’s very unfortunate for a smart home device. Luckily this can still be used as a basic power strip but useless as a smart device. Not recommended until they can make the US available again.

Besides being a very competent surge protector, the app allows me to control all 3 plugs remotely! This is really good when I am on vacation and I want to turn a lamp on or off remotely. It works with Alexa and Google home without a hub. It is very straightforward and it could not be easier to navigate. The build is very strong and solid. Having 3 USB ports is an absolute bonus. There is a small light over each plug to let you know that each one is receiving power. One of my favorite features is on the app that lets you set a timer as to how long something will stay on before turning off. The device is perfectly sized to fit in luggage or bring on camping trips. My only criticism is that it only works with 2.4 ghz and not 5 ghz. Other than that, I would highly recommend this great unit!

Our household has slowly gone from a dumb home to a very smart home. This power strip is one of the components we added recently and it works great. With a device like this you can take any standard electronic device and turn it into a remotely controlled outlet. The power strip surge protector is absolutely a fantastic device and upgrade to the standard power strip. Remote access and the addition of USB ports makes this device so valuable. The quality is fantastic and it performs exactly as advertised! Very highly recommended!

I have it hooked up but I don’t really use Alexa for this device thank you

Do not buy this smart outlet. It doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi nor the app via pairing mode. I have tried over and over - including unplugging and plugging it back up- and can’t get it to work.
