These are a joke. Too thin to absorb any meaningful amount of fluid (maybe a SMALL drip), and full of perforations. So go ahead and use one for your oil change, and watch as the oil flows through the perforations right onto the floor. Waste of $10, youre better off using an old t-shirt or a rag.

These light weight mats hold considerably more liquid that one would think. I purchased them for coolant hose leaks on the passenger side of my Jeep Wrangler til I can fix the hose.

I don’t usually do reviews, but these towels really work well I had a leak in my car and they absorbed the water until I found the problem. I actually reused them a few times and there still going strong.

I say about 1/4 thick paper shop towel material, should do the trick for my cars maxi-pad :-)
