During the pandemic, my hands dried out even more due to alcohol-based sanitizers. I used standard hand lotions to combat the problem and they worked for a few minutes, the my hands started cracking. Just a few days into applying OKeeffes Working Hand Cream (which is not greasy), my hands returned to their normal self. We live in the desert so our hands are rough unless we use O’Keeffes daily!

I have psoriasis on my hands. I have many different hand lotions/creams etc. none work as good as O’keeffe’s. Apply in the morning before work and at night before bed. Winter time I will use a couple times during the day. Before using my hands would crack and bleed All good now

I bought this cream after my adult son recommended it. I have very dry and cracked hands and feet. While the cream has not cured the condition, daily use has made a difference. I am on my fourth jar. I keep one at home and at work. I apply to hands after washing, showering and before bed and to feet after showering and before bed.

This was recommended by Dermatologist for dry hands. Said it was better than Rx item. Worked great!
