> 24 hourThis is the best hand cream I’ve found by far and I’ve been using it for years. I work in the medical field (and also have a baby) so am constantly washing my hands and am admittedly very bad at putting on lotion, however one or two nightly applications of this cream and my hands are no longer noticeably dry. This is also cruelty free which is very important to me. I will continue to buy this and continue to support ethical companies.

> 24 hourI read great reviews about about this so had high hopes. I lift weights so my hands are dry and have calluses. You do get a large container and a little goes a long way. The smell is tea tree oil which I dont like. If you like the smell though you are set. It does leave my hands feeling softer but damn are they sticky! The stickiness is so unbearable I end up having to wash it off. I didnt want to give up so began applying it at night underneath cotton gloves. They werent sticky by the time I took them off, but I dont know if that is because they just rubbed off inside the gloves.

> 24 hourunlike other skin protection & moisturizers that absorb and evaporate quickly, OKeeffes stays on hands for a good period protecting and soothing my dry hands. Does not feel greasy yet when I wash my hands I can still feel its presence.

> 24 hourI dont have much to say except that this is probably the best moisturizing cream I tried for my hands. Heals dry skin and cracks in the skin really nicely, dries very quickly and doesnt really leave a residue (only very little).

> 24 hourI buy this every year for my parents because they work a lot and they always end up using all of it. It’s a great gift for hard working people.

> 24 hourI’ve read over some of the bad reviews - a lot of them are, I think, the result of not applying the cream correctly. Honestly, it takes some trial and error (but not much) to find the right amount to use on your hands. I think it might be a little different for each individual’s hands. Use too little, you’re not going to feel the effects as much; use too much and you’re going to have sticky hands (and the manufacturer does say that). If I accidentally get too much on my hands, I just go up my wrists and forearms to spread it out. The bottom line is that this is, by far, the best stuff I’ve ever used on my hands, and I’m not a spring chicken so my hands have endured a LOT of different hand creams. In the winter, my hands mysteriously crack now (age really dries out skin), but using this product consistently solves the problem - if I skip using it for a couple of days, the cracks start to come back. It really is great stuff if you use it properly.

> 24 hourFor as long as I remember, my hands have cracked and bled every winter. Once I became a SAHM, constantly cleaning, bathing, wiping, hand washing dishes...the natural moisture in my hands was more stripped than ever (and all year). I used various lotions and oils aplenty. The drying, flaking, and cracking continued to worsen. Upon developing fissures in all my fingertips, I contacted a pharmacist. She recommended OKeeffes. Initially I applied it twice or more a day (although not enough to feel greasy). With faithful use, my hands returned to life. Now that Ive regained good general hand health, I can usually use OKeeffes just once every couple of days and keep soft hands. For the sake of maintaining the habit, I try to apply every evening. Im so grateful for this product and the transformative way it eases my work.
