They are great for handling raw poultry or when making dough (prevents dough from getting under your fingernails while kneading). But these were so small that I couldnt even get them on my hand! I just got the Large size and they fit well. Im expecting the Medium size to arrive soon and will test those, but I am not hopeful. Fortunately, I have family and friends that can use the size(s) that dont work for me.
