easy to install and havent had a problem so far

I used it on only one of my computers so far. A laptop that I had purchased refurbished. I will soon use it on two of my desktop computers. Great deal.

I have been using McAfee Total Protection for 5 years and everything works very well in my PC.

Very nice and value for money

I have been using McAfee Total Protection for many years by purchasing new product every year and installing it before the previous one expires. This was the first year I had a little trouble and ended up contacting customer service center. Customer service representative (Janet) was very helpful and patient in solving my issue and spent over 1 hour guiding me step by step to install the product. I did not realize this product from Amazon provided extra 3 month subscription for free. In the past, they only offered extra 3 month subscription only if I agreed to auto renewal, which I did not want. I will continue to purchase this product every year prior to expiration date.

Three months after installing this I am getting a notification that it is about to expire.

Hate auto renewal...so gave this a try. Easy to install. DID not need or use tech support so cant really rate them. Love the value.

For years I was a Norton Guy and then I swapped to McAfee due to a holiday promotion on the product, and I was totally sold (hook, line, sinker) from that point on. My employer is a huge company, and it also swapped from Norton to McAfee. That helped confirm my decision even more. It works great in tandem with Malwarebytes, and my online activity is extremely secure, giving me minimal concern of having my entire computer system screwed up. The scheduling of scans is easy, and the reporting is helpful and accurate. I find it VERY easy to recommend this product to others, and even though I just completed my annual renewal, Ive already purchased for 2020. Im that pleased. Thanks, McAfee!!

My second year downloading this product from amazon. Only problem is McAfee trying to sneak in an auto renewal for $79. Cancelled that immediately and they reversed charge as promised.
