Olfa is an all-around, high quality, go-to brands for anything sewing related. I quite enjoy how this rotary cutter has a lock button that you can use to either keep the tool shut or open.. or, you can squeeze the handle and push or the blade as you use it. The blade is beyond razor-sharp, so be careful and always keep it in a locked-close position when storing. It sliced through fabric with ease, and all you really have to do is guide it and let the blade do most of the work. If you push too hard, you could potentially make gauges in your cutting mat or even slice through it. Try some test strips of different thicknesses to see how much pressure each type needs and youll have an accurate idea of how to cut fabric later. I would highly recommend this rotary cutter.

Best choice for cutting fabric

Seriously why did I waste so much time cutting fabric with scissors?! This is life-changing. Oh, and they are pretty sharp too. Love the optional safety lock. Gives me great peace of mind when I store it that my demonic cat wont find it and use it against me.

So nice that its adjustable for left hand. Great that I dont have to remember each time to retract the blade. Comfortable to use.

Love the cutters. Got one for me and one for my sister in law. She was new to rotary cutting, and kept leaving her old one open. Much cheaper than the ones at the local stores. Love the easy open and close option!!
