This is very stable and portable.

Bought this for my smaller iPad Air that has the keyboard case on it. This stand is strong and stiff so when iPad with case is standing folded on it to store it dose not slip down due to the stiffness of it. So I know my iPad is safe and will not just fall off. I bought 2 one for my phone as well. I recommend it.
