This stand is very well finished and quite sturdy and looks very sharp. The device holding area is flexible and after a small amount of flexing and maybe some dry lubrication it becomes much smoother There is a small opening in the middle of the holding trey and thru the back support that allows a charging cord access and threading. The base has a nice rubberized type bottom to keep the whole assembly from sliding around on a slick surface.

Very sturdy and just what I was wanting. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this for an IPad.

It is sturdy but it’s for a android tablet or maybe a mini iPad. Too small for my 12.9 iPad. I’m returning because I’m afraid my iPad might fall off.

The only thing that would improve this is to not have to feed the power cord through the opening where the phone rests. Would be nice if that was open to just place the phone with cord on the stand. Instead if you want to charge the devise while in stand, you have to feed the power cord through the opening, plug it in, and then pull it back through so that phone or iPad will sit on stand. Hope that makes sense. Simple improvement would make it more easy to use.
