This is a great stand and its well made and wont break anytime soon. However, its design is lacking as it covers up the longest stretch of a Macbook air vent for the fans. If you set the laptop on its spine so that the Thunderbolt outlets are closest to the desk, the vent itself becomes blocked. My laptop runs very hot due to this and the fan keeps blowing.

This dock is well made, stable, and crafted from aluminum. Its easy to adjust the size to accommodate laptops of various thickness and comes with an allen wrench. I highly recommend it!

Material is metal, solid and adjustable. I can have my Mac Book Pro (with cover) beside my PC laptop and save room on my desk.

Overall design and sturdiness is great! I have a 17 inch and a 13 inch laptop I use for work and personal. Handles them both with ease.

It’s a really nice sturdy stand. I love that it’s adjustable for width of the device. Works great to hold my kids school chrome books.

The packaging it arrived in was very nice and the piece itself has a good weight to it. Adjusting the plates requires Allen Wrench so you’ll want to have one handy. I purchased this over competitors because of the silicone pads, they make a big difference as a cushion but they also keep your tablets/laptop anti-slip. I was too nervous to keep my bare tablet screen exposed on the rack but thankfully my tablet still fits when it’s in its hard case.

It’s very very sturdy and has a sleek appearance, it matches all of my other silver desk accessories. I love that it’s not bulky and can be adjusted
