I bought this for the fact that I wanted a dock that can keep 2 laptops in it - I have a 17 windows and 15 MBP. This was very easy to adjust so I can fit the two. Nothing negative to say about this product - its heavy and feels very sturdy. Has a rubberized bottom so it does not slip at all (I have a wooden desk).

Clears up desk space and works great. The stand is adjustable to accommodate for varying width of devices and is padded inside to prevent scratching. I was initially worried about it toppling over, but the stand is very sturdy and weighted, so that is no longer a concern. Very simple, elegant, and functional!

I bought this product for my office and it holds two laptops well. Since it is aluminum, care must be taken when inserting the laptops to avoid scratching them, but once the laptop is positioned properly it is safe and secure. When adjusting the slot width, it is best to leave a bit of wiggle room so that the laptop is easy to insert and remove. Ive ordered a second one for my wifes office.

I am so lucky to have an Amazon liquidation center nearby--I get to try out all sorts of items for pennies on their original dollars. I didnt even know what this thing was--except that its SO heavy and SO sturdy, I had an idea for it that has nothing to do with laptops. I restore a particular little antique--fragile little hand-carvings that are in pieces. Rubber bands and tape are usually too aggressive so theyre not always useful. Adhesives actually have one chance to bond on a molecular level. You put on the glue, you go to brace it while it dries and BOING! In restoration, glue-ooze can make or break a good (invisible) job. I dont know if you can even make out what my picture shows. This is a very old little figure, probably carved in Germany or Italy in the 20s or 30s. I make little bottle stopper bases from machine-lathed wooden craft pieces--then I carefully attach the figure in a way that it remains original (can be taken off) so its antique properties are kept intact. The bases have to be permanently affixed in their configuration--but the fragile figures dont. The weight of this bracket is perfect to hold the base in the right position while it dries. The angel in the picture is just there for scale--no pressure will be exerted on him. I am probably going to take this bracket to a machine shop and have the slots on one side extended as far as they will go. My usual stopper base is a disk, a checker and a cork--just a hair too long to fit in either side of this heavyweight bracket. As is, one side will fit some bases (a disk, a ring and a cork), which is way closer to what I need than I ever thought Id find. Id always thought of inventing something like this for my hobby--but this one is almost spot-on. Yay--thank you!

This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a personal Mac and one for work and both for in the stand with no issues.

Le produit est lourd. Impression de robustesse avec les bandes de protection (poron ?) Qui assurent que les laptops insérés soient bien traités.
