Its a solid stand, makes more room on my desk. I dont have any issues when picking up the laptop, the stand doesnt lift up. I dont want to block the only vents available when in clamshell mode so I have the laptop upside down which looks a bit silly but works fine. It is also pretty adjustable which is nice, I didnt have any trouble making it the right size.

Has a high quality look and feel, its very sturdy, and easily adjustable. I would like to see the bottom silicon/rubber pad stretch the entire bottom surface when its expanded to its widest, but thats not something to remove a star for. Works great for my surface laptop 3.
