This set will break with a single hand turning a bit with the wrist - the whole arm - and no cranking power. The bit snaps off with a single hand turning rather mildly in an aluminum metal simply to be rethreaded at the same thread as already previously threaded. I am angry with this product. The material is not manufactured properly. When the bit snaps off in your piece there is virtually no way to get it out without destroying the piece being threaded making you spend money and time purchasing component part for your device. These guys should not sell this product!

It might not get used everyday but it’s nice to know you have it when it’s needed. And it’s is good for mechanic to use.

I found that the chuck is too small for, at least, the 6-32 tap. I had to tighten the chuck with channel locks repeatedly to finish a relatively small job. I tend to tap smaller threads so this kit is almost worthless to me.

Good product for occasional use. Not, of course, the quality of an industrial quality set but gets the job done around the house and shop.

This has been a good addition to my set of tools. I do feel that if I were to do this task more often I would want to get more detailed sets, but this one is very easy to use and keeps the parts organized well.

I used the taps for cutting threads in my 3D printed stuff. For that purpose, this set is OK. However, when I needed to cut threads into brass and steel bolts, the poor quality of the dies was immediately evident. The dies were difficult to start, even over the existing factory threads. Once I did get the die started, it absolutely chewed up the crisp factory threads. Once I got to the end of the factory thread, the dies all but stopped cutting. After backing the dies off of the bolt, what was a crips factory thread was now so messed up that the bolt no longer fit. I have not tried the taps into metal because I dont want to risk breaking off a tap. Overall, the taps are OK for plastic. I wouldnt trust them for metal. The dies are total garbage. What I ended up buying here is a case to put better quality tools into - as I buy them 1 piece at a time.

Wrench is crap. Tried tapping 3/8-16 hole and been using taps for a long time and this is the first wrench that has ever done this.
