Cute burlap banner, just as described.

Added this to a homemade tulle highchair tutu and tied between each letter with a pink grosgrain floppy bow. SO CUTE

It was very cute and looked great on our highchair. I will add that if you plan to use tape instead of tying it, use something strong like masking tape. Clear scotch tape doesnt stick to the rope at all.

this item came WET and looked like it was sprayed with insecticide-horrible condition and unsafe!!!

Used this with our woodland themed party. It is sturdy and of good quality. I liked the simplicity of it, but you could easily dress it up with some streamers or fabric straps for pops of color to match your decor. We were going for woodland/rustic theme, so it was perfect. It is a stiff burlap type fabric, not felt or cardstock. Would recommend this, especially for the price point compared to others.

We used this in a photo opp for the baby I nannys first birthday. It was so adorable and a huge hit! Such a small thing, but it can be used in many different places for a party! It came packaged great and held up the whole party!

Goes around high chair perfectly!
