ONeill Wetsuits Child Reactor USCG Life Vest

These are really small. We have many 30-50lb vests and these seem to be way to small. My boy is 40lbs and really skinny and he struggles wearing.

Perfect for my toddler

I got this for my 6yr old son who loves getting in the ocean even though his swimming skills are non existent! This has definitely reduced my stress levels. He is tall for his age 122cm and it is a good fit, not too big but not tight either. I particularly liked it has a strap underneath as didn’t want it riding up over his face in the waves. He definitely feels more confident and I feel less stressed

the zipper is exceptionally difficult to do. As a matter of fact, I have not been able to zip it yet. Looking for some plastic zipper lube

My 3.5 year old loves it! He wont take it off. Very good quality that will last through siblings.

Our child is on the top end of this size at 45 pounds, but I was worried about getting the next size up for 50-90 pounds. This one fit perfect, and was worth it as we ski/boat/swim in the lake. He did wear it once without a rash guard and said it rubbed under his arms, but no problems at all with the rash guard. It is pretty sleek relatively speaking so he doesnt mind wearing it at all!

So happy with this life vest. We purchased some hyper-lite vests as well, but this one has thinner padding and dries more quickly, while being bouyant

This seems to be a well-made life vest. I have a tall and lean 8yo that hates getting her face wet, which means we’ve been putting off swimming lessons for our own sanity. Now, faced with a beach vacation, I wanted something that would be comfortable and that I could trust to keep her safe in the ocean (under supervision, of course). This is highly durable neoprene material—a $20 lifejacket from Target or Walmart, this is not. I like the addition of the handle on the top and the strap between the legs. I wish that there was a neoprene sleeve on that strap as I imagine that may rub the skin and make it sore. I might order something that will work on my own. I got it on sale for roughly $60 and that seems like an absolute steal. I will update after it’s been worn consistently.

Perfect for my 2 year old! He didnt.complain once and it made Mom feel better about being on a boat.
