Appear to be OEM brushes. Expensive to be sure. Not great value. But the Oral-B system for all its faults cleans my teeth the best. It really does.

Oral B io replacement heads from the manufacturer last me 3 MONTHS and dont splatter when used. These replacement heads last only 3 WEEKS and splatter saliva and toothpaste all over the place. (Also, real Oral B io heads have a little circle at the bottom of the front, but these dont; instead, these have a little arrowhead.) Ugh.

This fits like advertised. Feels like the original head.

Found the correct toothbrush head for my oral-b! It came super fast using prime & I have no complaints.

As a dental hygienist myself, I always like to try products out prior to recommending them. I loved that the price on this product was reasonable. I also like that this product has been compatible with my iO. Would recommend this product.

If you have an oral b io toothbrush, then you know how difficult it can be to get a replacement heads. When I ordered these, I didnt know that they were ultimate clean and not just the standard/normal clean. What a difference it makes. These heads are slightly softer and provide an overall excellent toothbrush experience. Made in Germany.

Do not buy stick with your own toothbrush its much better and cheaper and lasts a lot longer than this
