These heads are very good. Have used the knock offs and keep coming back to Oral B. They last a long time and really do a very good job.

I have found that the off-brand heads do not remain attached to the toothbrush body. The detents wear loose after a few days of use. The impact of this is that the head no longer vibrates as much as connection is broken. The Oral B heads do not suffer from this and therefore provide a better brushing over a longer period of time.
