OK. Not the best, or the worst I have tried. Occasionally one of the bristles gets been and starts stabbing the gums. Have to cut that one off at the base. A bit harder than I would like. Overall, OK.

These are my favorite toothbrush heads. Tried to save some money and bought knock off ones before this and couldn’t even use them because they were so aggressive on my gums. These ones, however, are FANTASTIC. They do an impeccable job cleaning without irritating the gum line. Worth it to stick with name brand in this case.

This new design is much better than the old Oral-B soft brush head. Bristles are a little softer, but they clean better due to the design, they can get in between teeth better. Its also easier on the gums. The wear indicators are also an improvement.

This toothbrush cleans my teeth throughly almost as good as the oral hygienist at the dentist! You cannot get a better toothbrush for such an incredible price. Loving it and highly recommend everyone to get one.

Amazing!!!! I have very sensitive gums and tried the cheap brand first and sucked plus broke easily. These ones are super soft and durable it was well worth the little extra money plus OralB is just amazing over all!!
