Very good product. I had to turn off my computer, had the adapter in, then turned my computer back on for it to fully work.

Doesnt quite fit the charging outlet. But it works.

I received the charger very quickly and it was very good quality however, even though all the serial numbers were the same as my existing charger, I made the mistake of not measuring the adapter plug. I ended up with charger that didnt work for my computer. Totally my error.

This one works for the Inspiron 3521 because it has the larger tip (7mm). I originally bought a different adapter with the 4mm tip and had to return it. This one comes with both the 4 and the 7 and has worked great so far.

Be sure to check if your laptop has a bigger or smaller plug/port. This power cord is for the bigger port on a laptop.

I was having problems with my battery charging. After purchasing a new battery, I was still having the problem with new one charging too. So tried replacing this item and all is well now. new battery is charging just fine. No more problems.
