This stylus is a little stronger than some of your pricier needles and sounds pretty good. All stylus are too expensive and I wanted a good sounding needle on records that havent been cared for.

Had been using a OM 30 stylist, but it was showing west. After plenty of research and reading many reviews on Amazon, I decided this time to purchase the OM 5E. Exactly what I needed for my continued listening to vintage vinyl.

Packaged super well. Sounds great.

The stylus on my NAD turntable was allegedly new - but I suspected something was wrong with it. I replaced it with my new one and the sound difference was immediately apparent.

What a difference a new needle makes! I bought a used turntable and was lucky enough that this is what they had on it. So I dont mind spending the money on the 5E replacements. Sounds amazing!

Exactly what I expected. Easy to install and produces sound just the same as the original, which I unfortunately broke.
