> 24 hourThese patches arrived quickly and are of high quality. They come with a sew on patch of Velcro attached to the back which can be removed if not needed. I added them to the MOLLE strips on my IFAKs and so far, they are staying exactly where I put them. The kids love them too and they giggle every time they see one of the IFAKs, which are now known to them as the Ouch Pouches.
