13-06-2025I use these for the outdoor connections on my solar panels. Im sure they are good for automotive also and other uses. The tinned copper lasts better outdoors than that raw copper, of which I bought also for the indoor connections. They are heavy enough to make great connections and crimp tight. So far Ive had no issues at all on any connection Ive used them on, so one satisfied customer here to get a deal on an assortment.

> 3 dayI liked the tinned copper and the copper is reasonably thick which is important for the crimp to hold. I’m using these on a solar project for a trailer with a house battery.

> 3 dayThis kit has high quality components. The ring terminals are all clearly labeled with the wire size and the hole size. You also get very durable heat shrink tubing in both red and black colors. The rings are solid copper, an not just a copper coated aluminum. My crimper make some deep notches, and you can see its all copper. I also took some high grit sandpaper to one and its copper all the way through. The heatshrink is not the thin stuff. You will need a good quality heat source to get this stuff to shrink, but once its on it is probably more durable than the wire sheathing. I crimped a bunch of wires for my solar setup and it all went without a hitch.

> 3 dayI really like the fact that this kit has a nice variety of terminal lugs that can accommodate wire sizes ranging from 8, 6, 4, and 2 AWG. The lugs also have two eyelet diameter hole sizes per each AWG lug, 3/8” and 5/16”. The thickness of these copper terminals are perfect for just about any job I can think of (for my muscle car restoration projects).

> 3 dayNot a lot to say here bedside they are exactly as described and are of a decent weight and quality. They crimp on with standard crimpers with a normal amount of effort, are true to size and seem to be made of decent material. I tried both crimping and soldering these on with food results on my hunting boat battery cables. Good buy.

> 3 dayHad to extend the positive and negative battery cables on my side by side and these worked great for doing that. I love that the heat shrink tube is color coordinated to match the positive and negative cables so it looks like a professional did this and the heat shrink tube shrunk like it is supposed to and didnt burn.

> 3 dayGood heavy cooper terminals. Work well. I have used their Tim plated ones as well and have been happy with them.

> 3 dayI built an Off-Grid system with solar panels, an inverter, and 10kWh of batteries. This kit was perfect for me because I used several different sizes of wire when putting my system together. Plus, each size copper lug has 5/16 and 3/8 holes for your connectors. And these are true copper lugs, not the cheap copper plated lugs other sellers are trying to market.
